Over 5 years experience as a programmer/analyst working in the field of Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Experience with Oracle databasing using Java, PL/SQL, C, Perl and Unix shell scripts in a Unix/Windows environment. Experience with Python, R, MySQL, NoSQL, XML/XSLT, RDF, and Semantic Web technologies. Experience using HTML/XML, CSS, CGI, Java applets and JavaScript to design websites. Experience with data science techniques for analysing large data sets. Experience with computer maintenance (installation of hardware and networking). Experience administering Linux in a server and desktop environment.
